I love cheese, but it plays games with my willpower.. i could easily eat a slab of it in one go. So i replaced it with low fat cottage cheese, cream cheese and cheese spread =)

Well the reason i didn't do the exercise was partially due to the amount of walking i'd done before that with food shopping and lack of a car, but i dont tend to count walking as exercise. I've decided to make up for the guilt i shall do 2 gym sessions tomorrow seeing as its my day off =)

I just believe in a lot of fresh fruit and veg, no ready meals, flavoured water, and a few low fat treats like fruit in jelly, yoghurts and cereal bars x

I prefer pounds, they feel more accurate to me. Plus i grew up using pounds and ounces =)

I plan to carry on calorie counting. Plus looking at the labels is a positive thing because it makes you think twice about the crap they get away with putting in food.

I leave it until a week after i come off, that way the weight difference seems so much better, and theres no period pounds on your scales.

Shapers nougat bars... around 80 calories each and with all that yummy minty, strawberry or chocolatey goodness :P

I know, it used to be my weakness. I've now replaced high calorie cheese with low fat cottage cheese.. good healthy stuff =)

Thats the reason i removed my sugar goal, all my food is homemade, no salt or sugar added, and i no longer have sugar in my tea. But i believe that natural sugar from fruit is good for you, so 2 pieces a fruit a day isnt a bad thing.. its good for you!

I find the process of tracing every bit of food and every drink on the food diary slows me down.. those red numbers when i go over one of my daily goals is enough to stop me.

I don't own scales because i find i weigh myself every few days and it feels like not much is happening. So find a store or gym with scales that give you a print out, they're extremely accurate, plus you get to keep all the print outs as a timeline of your weightloss =)

I have my main meal at about 3 in the afternoon. So for dinner tonight i just had toast, low fat spread and marmite. And a oats and raisin cereal bar.

My boyfriend has an anxiety disorder and he let himself get to the point where he couldn't even leave the house.
