Prozac
I've just been given prozac by my gp, and one of the reported side effects is weight gain. Is there anyone else on here taking this medication, im slightly worried now =/

Reached my first mini goal =)
Last time i weighed myself i put on a pound, just weighed myself today and i've lost 4 pounds. Plus i've lost and inch and a half off my hips and an inch off my thighs. Todays a good day =)

Just wondering how people are getting along with the challenge? I'm on week 2, day 1. And im amazed how quickly im improving!

No energy..
I eat healthy, i drink plenty of water, im not overweight, i get plenty of exercise and fresh air... why do i constantly have no energy? At the moment even typing this message has taken about 5 minutes cause im exhausted even though its only half 6 in the evening. Any advice?

Im SO annoyed =(
I havn't eaten chocolate, cheese or crisps in over 4 weeks. I've been sticking to 1200-1300 calories a day and been going to the gym at least 6 times a week. I thought i'd weigh myself to see how much i've lost... I've put on a pound! I feel like screaming!

Need help!
I'm struggling to eat even 1000 calories a day, i don't like nuts or dried fruit and i need some high calorie, low fat ideas. I go to the gym every day so i seriously need to eat more but im struggling (especially on a student budget) =/

Exercise..
Why do i feel so guilty for not going to the gym tonight? I got up stupidly early today and i've been on the go all day, i physically have no energy. I've barely had time to eat let alone exercise.. now i just feel crappy and disappointed in myself =(
