homemade sweet potato chips do it for me =) I tend to crave carbs. Also i make sure i drink lots to stave off the phantom hunger..

Yeah i've heard of cipralex, and supposedly they can use that to treat ocd, but since my boyfriends been on it he hasnt stopped eating (luckily for him he's skinny as a rake naturally).

Get yourself a tape measure? After 3 weeks off trying like crazy i put on a lb! So i invested in a tape measure to see if i can at least lose some inches haha x

Im 5"5 and currently at 137lbs, my goal weight is around 124. As long as you have a healthy BMI you should be fine x

Well i SERIOUSLY can't do proper push ups, so im planning to do the whole challenge with the easier push ups then move onto proper ones. I have noticed a huge difference in my ability though. It increases so gradually that it doesnt feel much harder, and if it gets too hard you can just repeat the week before moving on.
