Well, since last friday night i have eaten crap food, havent exercised, hell i havent even logged my food. i even contemplating not doing a weighin this week because i was so certain of a gain. i ended up actually losing 300g so i was stoked at that. but that isnt what this post is about.

the reason for my complete lack of will power this week is this
