  • I absolutely HATED them, but decided the challenge wouldn't hurt. Im teaming mine up with sit ups. Its good because i only do it monday, wednesday and friday, so on the days between i just set myself an easy target =) Plus i do it when i get back from the gym so i dont have to worry about getting sweaty haha
  • I am working on increasing the calorie intake, but i dont get hungry often so its difficult. I do eat chickpeas and things but i tend to get bored of them, i might have to revamp my shopping list. I am on iron tablets aswell for anaemia so i think a doctors visit may be useful. Thanks for your help x
  • Im not a vegetarian, i just don't eat much meat. I've had a look at protein stuff but its all so expensive =/
  • I get at least 8 hours sleep each night. The only medical condition i have is asthma, and i've just been put back on the preventer inhaler but i checked the box and it doesn't mention fatigue. I'm 5"5, weigh 137 pounds, I go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week and do about 20 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins on the cycle…
  • I started eating more for breakfast. Weetabix with lactose free milk and a banana? Plenty to keep you going for a while, then i have cereal bars, raisins and random snacks throughout the day.
  • To eat more food, i find it a struggle to eat over 1000 calories. Im adding in lots of healthy snacks and a bigger breakfast =)
  • I had an annoying incident. I tried on a pair of UK size 10 skinny jeans and they fitted perfectly (wearing them today haha), about a month later i went back and bought a pair of bootcut jeans from the same shop and exact same range, i wanted them to be a little looser so bought a size 12.. they're REALLY tight on me.. im…
  • When i buy pizza i cut it up into about 6 slices before i freeze it, then just cook the one slice with some salad and sweetcorn or other healthy bits. That way i get the pizza aswell as a reasonably balanced meal x

  • I recommend chick peas, they're high in protein and fiber. And they're a good source of slow burning carbs, so they keep me going for a while. I use them as a replacement for meat in curries, and they taste great with mediterranean food x
  • Haha I tend to get a tad peeved off about incorrect use of grammar and spelling too =) (Too being another word spell wrongly. You can't be 'to tired'... YOU MISSED AN O!)
  • Have you tried bio oil? It decreases the appearance of stretch marks and scars. From personal experience i can definitely say it works =)
  • If you want a healthy low fat yoghurt that tastes yummy try this: http://www.oetker.co.uk/oetker_uk/html/default/debi-7m2mbd.en.html Its a fat free strawberry one, its reasonably cheap and tastes delicious. I also used to use it to make breakfast smoothies with banana and whatever fruit i had lying around. HIGHLY…
  • Another good one is jaffa cakes actually, they come in the little packs of 3 so you can't overindulge
  • I found the best way for me was to give up chocolate bars, and after about a week i stopped craving them. Try cereal bars with chocolate (i like cadburys chocolate and raisin brunchbars) and treat yourself to a low calorie hot chocolate each day (cadburys highlights has only 40 calories per mug). This deals with the sweet…
  • Im at uni and realised its a lot easier to eat healthy now, cause if i dont buy unhealthy food i cant eat it. Does your uni have a gym? If so student memberships tend to be stupidly cheap =)
  • Haha it wouldnt suprise me if i had another one next week. Plus some of them last about 2 days and others up to about 3 weeks! And then i can go 2 months without any.. I have been to the doctors about it so at least i know there's no underlying problem. It's just my implant confusing my body haha
  • Right.. well im going to head off to the shops and stock up on some more food (im out of my precious bananas). I think i discovered where some of that weight may come from.. my monthly friend has just arrived for the 3rd time in 4 weeks.. I thought periods were meant to come every 28 days haha
  • I can't do swimming because there isn't a swimming pool near me at uni. But i was planning on doing cycling and swimming when i go home to see my boyfriend. Im thinking off starting up some of the free gym classes so i get a bit more variety with my exercise. And instead of having tuesday off from the gym (i have lectures…
  • I like grilled chicken breast with coriander pesto rubbed into it
  • Haha i can't buy jeans for inspiration, i have big hips so i dont know if its physically possibly for me to fit into anything smaller. Damn the childbearing hips =(
  • Haha i don't own scales for this exact reason. I use the one at the gym cause it gives me a little print off with my height, weight, BMI etc and the date. I'm only weighing myself every 2 or 3 weeks, but i will be investing in a tape measure x
  • I've been doing a low HR workout on the cycling machine, then cardio on the elliptical. I have water wth me all the time, im definitely drink enough. My clothes dont feel any looser and i dont look any different. I'm on the settings to lose 1 pound per week, and i eat a large breakfast, have healthy snacks throughout the…
  • I love listening to system of a down when im working out.. kinda speeds me up a bit =)
  • I dont have a plan for the week, but tonights meal will be grilled chicken, kidney beans, homemade salsa and steamed brocolli =)
  • I tend to eat potatoes, but once again i don't think i eat enough of them. I've never eaten loads, but i always used to eat the bad types of food, so i was undereating but getting loads of calories... not so good. I don't like fruit juice, but i have been treating myself to 1 hot chocolate each evening. I might have to…
  • This is all the kinda stuff im already eating, haha im actually eating a yoghurt as we speak. I think i'm just going to have to up my portion sizes. Im trying to lose weight, but i want to lose weight at a moderate pace and get fitter and toned in the process, so i really want to make sure i eat enough calories. I might…
  • I know im a few days late, but I'm going to give up using the lift in my flat at least 1 time a day and take the stairs
  • I just watched your video and it was amazing, you should be extremely proud of what you've achieved. Thanks for sharing it x
  • I have the contraceptive implant- http://www.implanon.com/ I used to be on the pill and found i did put on weight, however with this there have been no side effects, i get less period pain, and it lasts for 3 years. I'd greatly recommend it!
