I also had put sedentary, I felt that doing those things with my kids were normal activities not exercise. BUT everyone is different. You could start by putting lightly active and if you start to lose you are fine if not just adjust it to find what setting you fall under :) Best of luck!!

I agree with your wife. Being a preschool teacher we do exactly what was done. Parents bring snack for the whole class and we let them know if there are any allergies to keep in mind.

They found it when I went to the dr and pointed it out to him. After losing weight and working on building muscle i started to notice a bulge right above my belly button and I could "squish" it back inside. My husband was super worried and made me have it checked out. He was right, it was indeed a problem.
