I lost 55lbs. in 8 months...it's doable, but you have to get your head in it! I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks and that is what prompted me to make the change...it's 90% about the food and 10% about the exercise! Good Luck!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

Mine are set at 40/30/30...once I changed them, manually, I started to lose and consistently!!

I have been logging for 235 days now and can't imagine NOT logging. It really makes you think about what you are putting in your mouth, if you are truly honest about it! I love love love MFP!! It's just going to be part of my life from now on...!!

Get the non-stick reynolds wrap and clean up is EASY!! One of the best appliances I own!! I also use mine to make sandwiches for my guys! Non-buttered grilled cheese!!

Take her to Outback for dinner...it's a win, win situation! You don't have to cook and you can get a good dose of protein and veggies. Let her complain about the way Outback cooks!! haha! They also have 2 for 1 wine!! Good Luck!!

Start weighing your food and make sure you log everything you put in your mouth!...and at 330lbs, you probably aren't eating enough calories.

My husband booked a cruise for us, with 3 other couples. I didn't want to be the "FAT" chick! I also am going to be celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary in May and I want to be able to put my wedding dress on...that is just a personal goal!

I don't know if this applies to you, but I have been only losing during TOM...weird, I know...but it's better then nothing! When I had a lot of weight to lose, I was losing it weekly. Now...I will take whatever I can get!!

Once you start recording and weighing every thing you put in your mouth, your mindset will change. By recording it you can see the things that take all your calories, in one setting, and it will make you choose better alternatives. Weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise. You should be able to continue to lose weight by simply controlling your diet! Hope your foot heals quickly!!

I have been "rewarding" myself for the last 15 years...that is how I got to this point in my life. When I reach my ideal weight and get on maintenance, then I will think about adding some rewards back in to my diet! Good luck making a decision on your weight loss!
