  • I got a watch HRM at walmart for $40.00. I really like it! It's digital and has a whole bunch of different settings. can't remember the brand but it was recommended by a friend in the AF who is the director of her squadron PT. Hope that helps!

  • I weighed today and it was 182.5 I measured on Saturday. Waist at belly button:42 Bust: 43.5 Right Arm: 14.75 Right Thigh: 26 Hip: 44.75 I'm doing my workout tonight! Can't wait. I also think it'd be great if Vans kept up with our numbers.
