My 3-year old also does it with me!

Just finished level one! I'm super excited to see what level 2 holds for me. I know it is going to be harder but I'm looking forward to changing it up.

Crap, I just realized I never put my measurements in here! This is from another challenge I'm part of that also started September 1st: Age - 38 Height - 5'5" Weight - 194 Bust - 38 Waist (narrowest point) - 34.5 Hips - 41 BMI - 32.3 BF% - 35.9%

You look amazing and are absolutely stunning!

Amazing! I'm running my first 5k EVER at the end of this month and am so excited about it. Way to go on the 10k!

L1D8 done. Whew! Had to go back and figure out if today was day 8 or 9.

LOL!

I usually do Shred Monday - Friday, but I skipped Friday. I was just exhausted, my body did not want to move (I did run in the morning though). So today I'm back at it and honestly can't wait. I'm getting close to the end of level one and I'm so curious to see what level two is! I believe today will be day 9, but it might…

Don't get discouraged! When I first started working out this happened to me too. Try so hard to stay off the scale for like a week or so.

I went to a bbq at my best friend's house. I don't see her husband very often because we don't do "family" things a lot sense it is hard to schedule with her family and mine. Her husband told her after I left how proud of me he was and how great I'm looking. She shared that with me and it felt awesome (I've known them…

We had bruschetta boca burgers with parmesan cheese and caesar dressing on a whole wheat bun, fresh garden salad made from my garden and baked zucchini. It was delicious.

Day 7 of level 1 done! I was a little fatigued because I didn't do my run in the mornings like usual, so I did my c25k and then an hour later did shred, but I pushed through. Parts are definitely getting easier which means I'm getting stronger! Also, a pair of jeans that were super tight a month ago are fitting really nice…

Awesome progress!

I'm doing c25k in conjunction with 30ds, and I also take off Saturday/Sunday because I do other workouts those days. I only count the days I do 30DS as doing the shred. I do my run in the morning and Shred in the afternoon. Hope that helps. Oh, and I created an exercise for logging called 30DS. I'm not sure where I got it…

Love this!

Bump for later to share with the hubs.

Boring really is boring too. My aunt lives there. It's on the outskirts of Portland and there is nothing to do there. Thankfully they have Portland a 15 minute drive away. We also have Nimrod, Oregon.

Just did day 6 (took yesterday as a rest day, biked an hour instead) and made it through the first set of lateral raises with both weights, dropped down to one weight on the second set. It will be our 5th anniversary and we are headed back to Vegas. We went there for our honeymoon and loved it, had a great time and are so…

I have a very unhealthy relationship with my scale. So much so that when ours broke, my husband told me we aren't buying another one. He would catch me weighing myself five, six, seven times a day. When it broke it was almost freeing. I can't quite explain it. It's the same scale I've been weighing myself on since I was 14…

I love your story. When you said you didn't set a time frame for your goal weight, that really resonated with me. We focus so much on "I want to lose X amount of weight by Y date" that we become discouraged if things aren't moving as quickly as we want. Thank you! You look amazing!

I made roasted chickpea tacos for dinner tonight with homemade pico de gallo. I made our taco shells out of soft corn tortillas that I fried up, then we layered avocado, roasted chickpeas which I had marinated in spices, lettuce and pico (made with veggies out of my garden). It is a delicious meal and my super picky 3-year…

I did L1D5 just a bit ago. Whew, those lateral raises kill me every time. I use 5lb weights put only use one on the lateral raises, holding it by both hands. I can tell I'm getting stronger already though, the cardio isn't hurting as much. I'm loving how much stronger I've been feeling lately and it is motivating me to…

This was incredibly inspiring. I'm staring week 4 tomorrow and am dreading week 5. You've given me the hope and faith I need to make it through. Be proud, be very proud. You are amazing.

I'm in! I just completely day 4 yesterday. Today I took off because Saturday mornings I do Zumba and Group Power. I'm 38, have three kids - 15yo, 3yo and 1yo. My stats: Weight - 192.5 Waist - 34.5 Hips - 41 Chest - 39 Arm - 12.5 Thigh - 24 Body Fat - 35.9% Can't wait to see how this goes! Good luck everyone!

I love Couch 2 5k. It is one of the things I do and it has really helped me start running.
-
I love your free days. It totally makes sense - two weeks hardcore and then a day to just sit back, relax and eat what you want. That way you can plan birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I think I'm going to go this route. Thank you for the inspiration, it is just what I needed for my eating plan!

Awesome! What a difference already. Keep it up :)

Amazing! That is a huge NSV for most people. You must be so proud of yourself!

Amazing job!
