I can finally get back to running. I was totally out of it for so long and ever since we got hit by this stomach flu I've been craving running for some reason. So tomorrow morning I am back at it! YAY!

I just took my measurements. My hips are now the same size my waist was a year ago! That is so crazy to me. I can't stop smiling about it. I still have a long way to go but I'm pretty giddy.

Struggling
I'm doing great with exercise but finding my biggest struggle is that I then eat the calories I burn. And I use them for things like candy, ice cream, etc. I've got to stop doing this - any words of advice?
