I'm totally in.

Adorable outfit, you look fabulous! And do you write your weight on the mirror? That is a great visual!
-
Amazing!

It doesn't look like you log your workouts. And a lot of days you are under 1200 calories - so along with the calories you are burning you are really not eating enough. Plus you could possibly be losing fat but building muscle - take your measurements.

I would love to join! I fell off the 30DS wagon and a new challenge is the motivation I need.

I so needed to see this today! I've been losing motivation for a month now and have been lazy. But oh my goodness you have inspired me! Way to go! Off to sign up for the 1/2 marathon here in April, that will force me to train!

Great results!

Are you sensitive to the lactose or to the milk proteins? My son had milk protein allergies and got really bad eczema his first year of life, so I had to give up all dairy in order to make sure he didn't have an reactions. It didn't matter what kind of dairy - it included whey and anything that had casein in it. So I would…

Tall soy pumpkin spice latte this time of year. In the summer a venti passion tea lemonade.

Oh the Osterizer! My mom had one of those growing up. I bet I could find one at Goodwill pretty cheap too. Looks like I'm hitting the thrift shops today!

WOW! You look amazing!

I think I love you. That is all.

I started two days ago and would love a buddy! Feel free to add me. I figure even if we aren't on the same stage, we can still motivate each other.
-
You are seriously an inspiration. Amazing.

Restarted level 2 yesterday after a 10 day break due to illness, stress and life. Whew, I was sore and weak! Day 2 today!
-
Amazing time! I ran my first one two weeks ago in 36 minutes. It was such a great feeling!
-
Oh my gosh, I'm totally adding this! Also going to add MmmBop. My most embarrassing is probably Candy Shop by 50 Cent.

Amazing!

I'll be doing L2D4 tomorrow. I'm trying to take it a bit easy this week with shred because I'm running my first 5k this Sunday and don't want to hurt myself before it happens!
-
I really love level 2. I don't know why, but it seems to go so much faster than level 1 did. I just did day 3 and am a sweaty mess. The only thing is I need to figure out the best weights for each move. Some I need heavier and some I need lighter. What weights do you guys use?

I can't find my DVD remote!!!!! I can't make the video work without it. I did run two miles tonight so at least I did something, but if I can't find it tomorrow I'll just play it on my laptop.

Yeah I'll never have a thigh gap. Even when I was tiny in high school I didn't have a thigh gap. I'm not built that way and it's okay. My legs are strong and getting stronger every day and I love them.

Awesome!!! I have my first one on the 29th.

It's one of the Shaun T workout video sets.

You can also use apple cider vinegar :) I do something similar, but using a long neck bottle (like a wine bottle), use a piece of paper to create funnel, put a little acv in the bottom of the bottle. Same thing, they are too dumb to get out but man they love apple cider vinegar!

I love it. I'm on level 2 now. It's a great quick workout. I can already see changes too. I do c25k also, so the changes are combined effort from running and 30DS,
-
Did L2D1 today - I freaking LOVE this level already. Yeah, all the planks and push ups are killer but I love them. I think this level is really going to take some more inches off my waist and that makes me happy :)

I do C25k with 30DS. I take weekends off from Shred and usually off from running, but do other stuff on the weekends (like yesterday I did a two hour hike up a butte here). My body is definitely changing.
