No way greens are a wonderful veggie, I add some fresh spinach to them about 30 minute before there done.... but you need to add smoked meat which it much more a southern way of cooking them and chicken broth and they need to be cook for several hours... google some recipes don't give up on one of my favorite veggie... but…

If am correct that around 3 miles... a day that should be good amount of exercise but after so long your body adjusts to that amount of activity. So for someone who doesn't do that much activity like me that would work for weight lost purposes

I'm with you girlygirl I too just want to eat clean more fresh fruits and vegetable not necessarily for low carbs intake...

I'm not going to limit them forever... I eat brown rice, oatmeal.... but right now I'm trying to get back into the groove of things... I'm trying to limit breads, sugary cereals, pop... the bad carbs

Your so right It will take about 21 days or at least three weeks, and I agree able calorie intake I'm going to have to boost mines also.

I understand your frustration, I too have just restarted this weight lose journey. Two years ago I challenged myself and was about to do a vegan diet for 3 months I lost around 30 lbs. But my love for food and my fiancee's love for cooking keep my weight on a see saw all the time. So lets keep in touch and do this together.
