Thanks again guys. I won't eat all my cals burned back and I might adjust my allowance with TDEE as suggested by Static... I do swim for the whole time without a break usually, but some laps are significantly slower than others! lol Cheers everyone!

I weigh a pound more today than yesterday, but I can do my belt up on one hole tighter today???!!!! The scales can destroy your confidence if you take too much notice. Keep up the good work and don't beat yourself up over it :)

I've had exactly this and 30 day shred made it much worse. I'm thinking of taking up swimming again as it's much gentler on the joints. Then I'll try the shred again and see how it goes. The other knee has started the popping noise when I walk upstairs, so I think this one's on its way out, too! I'm also going to mention…

A pound a week is a healthy weight loss. The bigger you are, the more you lose initially due to water retention etc and you don't look like you've got stones and stones to lose to me! Don't quit please; that's what we're all here to support you for :)

Count me in! I'd like to weigh 154lbs by Christmas, so 19 to go! Good luck everyone!

Hi! If you think you have fibro you have two options: 1. Go to the G.P. and insist that you see a rheumatologist with experience in CFS and/or Fibromyalgia. This is helpful if you need tablets and a decent physiotherapist (who they can refer you to) to help deal with the pain. 2. Do research yourself and find what works…

Hi, I have believed for years that I have Fibromyalgia, but my GPs don't seem to be picking up on it. It's so frustrating! I've lost 10lb since joining MFP, but each time I exercise, I feel exhausted for the rest of the day. I've been doing the 30 day shred, now on level 2 and I walk and cycle when I can. i definitely…

What I can't get over the most about all of these 'success' pics is that most people look unrecognisable even in the face, let alone the body! I know you can't have everything, but I hope my face doesn't look as old as it does now when I've got to my target weight. but, at the of 46, it could work the opposite way, so need…

Hi I'm in Kent! Feel free to add me. I lost 7lb, nearly 8 and then fell off the wagon and put on 4, but I'm right back on it now! lol :) so we're almost starting again at the same time!
