I have a hard time resisting french fries . . . I would eat them at every meal if I could! I would love to join! I am just starting on MFP and have a long way to go, I think a kick start like this challenge would be just what I need to establish a healthier lifestyle . . . my diet tends to do ok, its the exercise I need TONS of motivation for!

We love to grill shrimp, I toss it with some olive oil and garlic, and then sprinkle with some cajun seasoning before grilling, and I'll make it with veggies and string it on kabob sticks and serve with brown rice or cous cous for a complete meal.
