For my diet I following my given goals on MFP. I eat around 1,200 calories a day and I try to make smart choices.

At the moment I am currently doing the 30 day shred as my daily workout, as well I'm a cashier so I'm constantly moving when I'm at work.

I eat 1200 calories and I'm certainly losing weight. It's all about your body! If you went from eating 3,000 calories a day then yes, you have to slowly get your body down or switching too soon will put your body in 'shock', not allowing you to naturally lose.

I have the same problem! The weight falls off everywhere else except my thighs. I find that jogging on the treadmill works pretty well. As well, I did the 30 day challenge a few months back and lost a couple inches on my thighs from that as well.

Yeah I'm assuming it's water weight too, I used to bloat a lot and I noticed I don't as much anymore. Ah well, it's still amazing to read lower on the scale so I'll definitely continue!

I was actually tested for Celiac probably close to two to three years ago. I was also on a gluten free diet for a couple years. About a year ago though they invented this pill you can take that allows you to eat gluten, even if you have a sensitivity. I stopped taking the pill probably six months ago or so. I guess I'll…

I don't really look any different yet. When I wake up my stomach is noticeably smaller but I bloat a lot throughout the day so by the end of the evening I still feel the same :/

I just started the 30 day shred today! I felt like passing out only 1/2 way into the video, haha. But, my muscles already feel looser and I feel better! Let's shrink together, haha!
