I was watching Dr Oz this morning and he said to not only drink 3L of water a day to lose weight, but to also use cinnamon extract. I was just curious if anyone on here has used it in their water and if they've noticed a difference in weight lose from it?

How to get rid of your belly and thighs!
I've lost 15 pounds so far but my thighs and lower belly continue to look the same. What exercise or dieting tricks have you guys used that work? I'd LOVE to get rid of the weight in this area and slim down.

Weekend Drink Recipes!
I used to drink a pop every Friday and Saturday night as a 'treat' for my week. Does anyone have or know of any recipes (that don't have pop) to make non-alcoholic drinks that are different. I'm still looking to splurge Friday and Saturday evenings, but I don't want the fizz and calories of pop.

I've been working out for a week (30 mins of treadmill 7x a week) and I've been closely watching my calorie intake. Does anyone have any tips though on how to boost weight loss? I heard cheat days once a week will make your metabolism freak out and burn more weight? Anything else?

I don't have much time in the day, usually 30 minutes max to get an intense, full body workout in. What do you guys do in terms of workouts? I tried the 30 day shred for two weeks but ended up injuring my knee.

Daily Bloating?
