Use 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (only like 30 calories!) I use a low calorie protein powder called Amplify that I got from GNC in vanilla flavor. It's about 120 calories for 1 scoop and contains 20 grams protein and 2 grams sugar. I'm sure there are alot of other great protein powders out there but I like this one for now. For extra flavor you can add half a banana or berries and I always add 1 cup spinach because you can't taste it at all (I promise!!) and it's so good for you!0

I use 1/2 cup triple berry frozen fruit (blackberry/raspberry/blueberry), 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup water & 2 scoops EAS Vanilla powder (I find at Target). The blend in blender. YUM! I drink this everymorning at 630a and I am still full and satisfied at lunch time (about noon) My kids love it. I don't put the protein powder in for them, but substitute s/f cocoa powder. I got this recipe from the Dr. Oz show for boosting your metabolism and loosing weight.0
