I would love to join. I start my weeks on Monday’s so I’ll use Monday’s weigh in this week as my starting weight. Female 5’4 166.6lbs GW- 145lbs I eat around 1200 a day and do not eat back my exercise calories unless I’m starving. I walk 6kms 5 days a week. And use a spin bike when I watch tv.

I’m in Canada but I buy it at Costco in the fresh produce. We use it a few times a week in place of rice or startches. So fast with it already riced and it takes minutes to pan fry it

Probably not enough fat, that’s a hard one to get your brain wrapped around but I’m really making an effort. I’ll never took measurements when I started so I’ll take them tomorrow morning and go from there! Thanks everyone.

Do I continue to try to get 1200 calories or do I drop my calories back down? Will I eventually start losing again?

Thanks for your reply. I’m under 20 net carbs and most days I’m under 20 total carbs. I’ve just started in the last two days adding more fat. I started nuts to add calories on the days I’ve gained so I was worried that might have something to do with it. Hopefully I can get my calories up and it’s not too late. The weight…

I'm on day 2 and so far it's a blast and I'm soaked in sweat! I think if you don't like country music you won't stick to it! Today is day one of a 30 day country heat challenge I'm in! Sticking to it

Hmmm maybe that's my problem. I lose .8 one day the next I actually gain .1-.3. It drives me insane I hate seeing a gain especially when I'm so strict. No cheating at all. I want this so bad!
