Keto stall
Hi, today is the start of week 5 for me. My calories have been quite low 700-900 a day. I know this is bad so I’ve been trying to up them to get to 1200 (hasn’t happened yet) and now the scale is slowly going up! I don’t know what to do! Please help!

My body has its own STOP spot
Does anyone else notice there body will not go any lower than a specific weight? I've tried every type of diet, including Herbal Magic and HCG and my body will NEVER go under 146! On me that looks little (5'4") I have a VERY athletic build. But I'm not okay with 146 thou I would love to be in the 130. Happen to anyone else?

HELP- Exercise calories
Okay I eat around (1200cals) a day - every where I go says this much. I know people will think to low. My question is do you eat your exercise calories back? I do not. I need to lose at least 23 more lbs. I do anywhere from 500-900 exercise cals a day! Thanks for the help!
