I often get joint pain, had it so bad for several months that my doc tested me for Rheumatoid Arthritis, since people with one immune disorder often get others. Several of the tests pointed to it, but others didn't. They couldn't rule it out so they sent me to a Rheumatologist who treated me for possible RA (great another…

Yeah, I guess, since I didn't get this put together til now. I figured we can just start from scratch this week.

OK everyone, I added a new tab to the spreadsheet for round 4! Use the same speadsheet link and at the bottom left you will see 2 tabs one says round 4, click on that and it will open a new spreadsheet. I left everyone's name and demographic info on the sheet to make it easier. I put a column for round 4 starting weight,…

Something that I don't own yet, because it's going to be more sexy and figure hugging than anything I have ever dared to own :blushing:

Unfortunately I am looking at a gain for week 4, these past 4 weeks have been a rollercoaster. I am totally looking forward to a round 4 if anyone else is, I am feeling better each day and should be able to start working out more each week. Now that I had my binge this week after 3 weeks of not being able to eat, I believe…

You deserve a party ;) You look awesome, congrats!

Hi Bea, Yes the weather does affect my MS, but only the heat. Once my body gets overheated all my MS symptoms flare up especially the tingling, weak legs and vision. I also get fatigued more easily so it makes it harder to exercise, which also gets my body temp up. UGH vicious circle! I am also dealing with being…

I actually gained .2 lbs this week, but I expected to gain more since it was my first week of being able to eat without being sick or in pain, so I kind of indulged. Back on track tomorrow! I definitely am not going to hit the 10lb lost mark but lost 6lb and still have 1 more week so I'm happy :D
you take it easy you just had surgery
I promise not to overdo it. Thank you for caring my friend :D

I'm going to do my best now that I can actually start working out again. 3 weeks of no exercise sucked, but then again I had 2 weeks with nothing but fat free liquid diet so it kind of evened out. I can only walk on the treadmill but I am going to push as much as I can without hurting myself and watch my calories. I kind…

Thank you for starting this thread, I also miss everyone and the motivation I get from you all. For the last 2 and a half weeks I have been sidelined with a gallstone attack and subsequent gallbladder surgery. Down side is that I cannot exercise and have been a bit depressed over the whole thing, the up side is that since…

Absolutely gorgeous, I'd be happy with my body if I were you too. Congrats, well done :drinker:

I am sorry that you are going through this. What did the neurologist say for a diagnosis? I know some neuros err on the side of caution and won't officially diagnose MS unless there has been 2 or more separate attacks. It can still be MS with only 1 active lesion, but your neuro is the best person to ask. Make sure that…

I get up at 4:40 5 days per week and only need an alarm maybe once a week. I do not go to bed earlier than before I started my morning workouts. My body is used to it and I actually feel more engerized for the day than when I was sleeping later and not working out.

I've lost 3.2lbs total. I am not sure what the next few weeks will bring for me, had a gallstone attack this weekend ended up in the hospital. I am having surgery on Friday. Been on a liquid\no fat diet which will help me lose initially but I am sure I will gain that back once the surgery is over and can eat again, plus…

I just got back from the hospital after having what turned out to be a gallstone attack. Someone said it was worse than childbirth and I will totally agree OMG the pain under my rib cage and in my back was so horrible. I have to call the surgeon on Monday to schedule surgery and I am not looking forward to this. Freaking…

I am unable to either. I created it and have the original link on my home computer. I will check it when I get home and see if I can get it fixed and reposted, hopefully nobody deleted it by accident. But no worries if so, I will create a new one this weekend
