I order Black Forest ham on french bread, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, bell peppers, heavy on the olives, salt & pepper and olive oil. This works for me but it was hard getting used to the oil.

Yes it works I have lost 25 lbs on it Half for dinner half for lunch. Hostess 100 cal cupcakes for a snack and plenty of water and veggie snacks too.

I like to cook extra Tilapia for a late night snack that can be heated in microwave. This helps me to keep the protein up, carbs down and the weight off.
