2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of turkey bacon or jimmy deans turkey sausage crumbles with diced green peppers and onions mixed in to top the eggs with. A a slice of aunt millies 40 cal per slice bread. yummm. if i go with the bacon rather than the sausage I use salsa over my eggs for extra flavor.
