Stretch more at the end. You may want to take a hot shower and stretch some more. Drink lots of water, and up you protein. Also, stretch in the morning. some light OTC pain killer can help too

ignore the scale about 3 weeks. Your body is getting use to the change. drink water like a fish in 3 weeks get back on and if you are true to yourself you body will show you All the other stuff is good advice too.

Mine is open, I need to add exercise to my agenda. I think I am eat to few cals at the lowest but I try to eat a little over. But I Am trying to work out the crap and fix my portions.

tape. cats hate sticky things. back wrap your door mat with the tape. that way it is heavy and he won't take off with tape attached. or call your local animal control for a cage and get him out of there. Yuck!

I do think you should add some kind of resistance training. even if it is 10lbs doing flys while walking. your body is bored. There are also extreme Zumba classes that have hand weights.
