I have the same (like most people) left over chocolate and biscuits. I take a little to work with me every day and include it in my daily calorie intake. it's fine as long as you're not eating it all at once!!

I know where you are all coming from. I was diagnosed in 2002 also. I find so much sets off my Crohs - alcohol, spicy food, most dairy, fatty foods, red meat to name but a few.
