I am a morning person too! At 5am Tues-Sunday I work out on my elliptical for 45 minutes. When I get down to my goal weight, I will do 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes. So far I have 46 pounds left. Laura

Awesome good job! No official weigh-in date. I was thinking Fridays due to Dec 31. So this Friday, it will be 14 weeks until New Years and I weighed today and I lost 2 pounds total so I weigh 207.5! Yippee!

I work out at 5am for 45 minutes on the elliptical 5 times a week and I leave the house around 6:45am for work.
