So, is it true that it counts steps while you drive? How do you deal with this error? Thanks for any advice or information!

Adding on to Chalean Extreme
Hi- Who is adding on to the program? I am adding the abs workout 3 times a week total and when I feel better, I am going to add elliptical 20-30 minutes on strength days. I do turbo jam instead of that last cardio video and a slim in 6 slim series video either burn it up or tear it up on the 6th day. I just LOVE cardio.

Workouts with emtwl
Hello- I eat over 1800 calories a day and I am doing Chalean Extreme currently. After I finish, I think I'm going to start doing strength without videos and 0-30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I would like to know what people are doing now while eating more calories? Thanks

Pedometer steps plus working out
Hi- I am a stay-at-home mom and I wear a pedometer all day too. I usually do a workout video during the day 4-5 times a week. I always get between 10,000-16,000 steps a day. Hi- I am going to start doing Zumba and kickboxing at the YMCA 3 times a week and I know each class is about 60 minutes with a warm-up and cool down...do you count that warm-up and cool down in the calorie burn? Sweating
Hi- I sweat more doing an elliptical for 40 minutes, switching from levels 7-8 than on any Turbo Jam DVDs. I use hand weights with the Turbo Jam and really get into it but I LOVE sweating and it's such a downer when I hardly sweat doing Turbo Jam.... Anyone else like this? After dinner snacks
Hi- I usually have dinner around 6pm and have a snack around 7pm...air popped popcorn, sugary frozen pops and/or dark chocolate. I usually go to bed around 9pm. What snacks do you eat after dinner and do you still lose weight? Or do you have snacks? Just curious! :wink: Laura

Maintenance and still losing?
