Pedometer steps plus working out

Hi-
I am a stay-at-home mom and I wear a pedometer all day too. I usually do a workout video during the day 4-5 times a week. I always get between 10,000-16,000 steps a day. I just log the workout video because most of the steps I take during the day is chasing my little one around or on playdates at parks. Would that put me in the lightly active stage? Or should I log something under walking even though it's an all day event?

I don't use a pedometer, but I'm kind of the same. I work in a building where I transit between floors regularly, and at home I chase the squirtlings around. So I don't log that stuff and just set my profile to lightly active. It's been working well for me.0
