I have an Amy Bento step video that I must admit is very challenging. I used to do advanced step twice a week but changed gyms and couldn't do it for a long time. I bought her video step challenge video early last year and never used it much. It was a good workout but the moves were done so fast without a learning section that I kind of lost interest.
