I work out 6 days a week and Mondays are my day of rest. I do heavy strength on Sunday so my muscles rest on Monday.

Yup, I am a case manager for three group homes so I am always on-call. I have a 7 month old. I LOVE the mornings so I wake up faithfully 6 times a week at 4:45am to work out. My husband thinks I am insane but I love the peacefullness and it's a great way to start your day! Good luck!

I am 5'8.5" and I am going for 150. I have an identical twin and when she weighed in the 140s..people told her that she needed to gain weight and that she was too skinny so now I know that being in the 140s doesn't look good for my body frame! Yay for twins! hahaha Laura

Hi Ladies! I am super excited to ttc! The problem is...I had to take infertility meds (I don't ovulate as much) with the last child (I only have 1) but I went into that pregnancy weighing 205 lbs and ended up weighing 264 lbs before delivery! Now I weigh 161 lbs and I am HOPING that I don't have to go the medication route…

I bought two lobster tails, 2 crab legs cluster and two potatoes and all the fixings for fully loaded potatoes yummy!! Might get some chocolate to melt and strawberries to make our own chocolate dipped strawberries :)

Hi- I was anemic during pregnancy so my doctor said to take 2 iron pills daily and my daughter is almost 7months and I still take one iron pill daily and a prenatal just because I love my healthy hair and strong nails! Laura:wink:
