I'm a lover of beers--which is a huge problem! I made the decision to not completely cut it out. I haven't completely cut ANYTHING out of my diet. For me, that's unrealistic and not sustainable for the rest of my life. Instead of going to my favorite bar 4x/week, I now go 4x/month. I try to pick light to medium beers…

I once heard a quote...something like eating right makes you look good with your clothes on but exercising makes you look good with your clothes off. It's time to focus on toning, since you've lost all that weight! (CONGRATS by the way!!!) I think the 30DS is a great idea. :)

Hey lady! I think adding some calories for a few weeks is a great idea--see what it does for you. It sounds backward, but I lost weight when I added calories, too. What kinds of things are you eating to get to your calorie goals? That and sodium could also be putting a wrench in the works. xoxo...we need a chat date!

I think you need a good support network. If you can't get that from friends/family...get it from the good people here. We are all going through a similar journey and can offer words of encouragement or advice when you need it. :) Good luck and welcome!

You know your own body, so do what feels comfortable. If you do too much too soon, you could burn out or potentially hurt yourself. Are you tracking what you eat?

You have to stick with it. I just read a book called "The Slight Edge" (highly recommend--very short too). It talks all about how your success in life is not from one huge event, it's from little things you do each day. If you don't eat veggies today of course it won't kill you today, nor in a week if you still don't. But…

Yuck! Definitely blend it or at the very least, use a shaker cup. :) Also--try some other combinations. What flavor is the protein powder? I can offer some suggestions based on that.

I freaking love it! Only con is that you have to buy it on-line (unless you happen to find a store that carries it)...but it's so worth every penny. I am through a jar and a half already since the end of January. Friends bought the other two jars off of me so I just had to order more. I must never be without it again!! :)…
