After 30DS, I did RIpped in 30, and I am now doing No More Trouble Zones. NMTZ is my favorite Jillian Michaels so far. Hope that helps!

I've lost 43 pounds. I started a year ago. While I was losing I was at around 1200-1300 cal per day. Now I'm on maintenance at 1740. I try to do something active every day. I love the Jillian Michael's videos.

Couch to 5K Program, Walking. I mostly just try to do something active every day. Next up, I want to start either Stronglifts or NROWL.

I did 30 Day Shred about 2 months ago and I loved/hated it! I did get some great results, but it was difficult. I am currently halfway through Level 2 of Ripped in 30. I'm in. I started last week and just finished Level 1 - Day 5. Thighs are definitely feeling it! I finished up 30 Day Shred about a month ago and was really happy with the results! I have a feeling RI30 is going to be much more challenging! I did all of 30DS with 5 lbs. hand weights and have been using those for RI30 too.

I started on 8/2. Today I will do Day 3. I'm really liking it so far, although it it pretty tough! Love the fact that its 20 minutes! I am excited to start seeing some results!
