Make sure the calories you do eat count. What I mean by that is quality foods. I found out that eating real foods is much more satisfying than diet processed foods. You can eat a lot more of the them to for the same calories you get in just one processed or fast food.

I glanced at your pictures under your profile. What an accomplishment! Your profile message hits it spot on. I think so many people opt for the 1200 calorie diet and just keep getting discouraged. "Feed the body" that's all I'm saying.

For me, having 3 weekly meal plans works well. It makes shopping for groceries and tracking easier. I have the meal plans saved in my database so it cuts down a ton of time. I also designed it so that one of the weeks is a lower carb week, just to change it up a bit.

I've always heard that variety is the key to keep motivation. I would suggest keeping up going to the gym and select 1 at-home program to mix in with the gym.
