Using a heart rate monitor and doing boot camp outdoors, I burn about 400 calories. Fast pace waling for an hour burns 360 calories. I would hate to burn 800 and have to eat those calories.

OK folks: I have come to the conclusion you can not meet all the numbers. You have to decide which ones are important to you and your health. I tend to concentrate of low fat and calories but I found it impossible to be on target for calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber and sugar. The problem is we want food to taste good…

I use 1# lean ground beef, 1 egg, 1-2 slices of bread broken up, Ketchup (? 1/4 c), 1/2? slasa, and some cinnamin ?1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix it all up and bake. I really just through stuff together. Sometimes I add mustard hot peppers and whatever is in the refrig. I am not much of a recipe preson.

Recording everything helps me. I review what went wrong each day or wht I cpould (should) have done differently. Then I make a note of that in the note section. We all have a day we blow it. Just get back with the program. Why did your wife leave temptation in your way? Think about it.

I also changed my targets. I decreased my fat and increased my protein. I am not always right on but it keeps me close. Carbs seen to stay with me longer than protein which is opposite of what the books say. You'll figureout what you need to feel best.

The main thing is that you measure the same place every time. I use the smallest part of my waist but also measure my stomach and hips. Good luck Have you tried water aerobics or exercising in the pool. It is much easier on your joints.

I use the SW eggbeaters. I use 1/4 cup and microwave it 1-11/2 minutes on high. I pur it on a toasted Thomas's lite english muffin with 1 slice FF american cheese. I eat this for any of my meals. gail

Everyone will tell you to eat your exercise calories. I do not. I have found the number of calories that I need to loose weight and stay close to my 1200. Almost everyday it tell me I may be in starvation mode. If I eat all my aloted calories I am over full and miserable. Each of us has to figure out what works for us

I used to eat the nature valley honey oat granola bars but stopped due to the fat content. BUT I broke down and had a half of a bar yeaterday. I do not worry as long as I am close to my goals on all components.

I have stopped the WW snacks and desserts because of the fat content. There are better alternatives. I am a life time WW so it is free except when I go over my weight limit. If you can get some one to give you the point calculator, it does work counting points. I am using MFP and also counting points. It is easy to stay on…

I check fiber in every thing I buy. Activa yogart is a good source, grapenut cereal. As a snack I eat the yogart with 1/4 cup of grapenuts. There are muffin tops which are high fiber www.vitamuffins.com and get the muffin top. I generally get 18 to 20 grams of fiber.

I have changed mine to: 60% carbs 15% fat 25% protein I wanted to decreas the fat and increase the protein. I do not worry if my fats are a little over. This seems to work good for me. Bases on 1200 calories.

My guess is that you are not eating enough calories. A tough concept for most of us to grasp. You also need to be doing more cardio.
