I finally took my fitbit off at night. I would think i slept well while the fitbit said I was in motion 20+ times a night. It was messing with my head because I would always check my fitbit to see how I slept. I had to quit wearing it at night and now I think I sleep well:-)

OMG you are doing great. Throw out the pictures and mirror and go with how our cloths fit. My beautician tells me we look at ourselves in a different mirror than others see us. I agree. You are doing great. Keep it up

Great, I am working to be fit at 70. Age is all in our head. We can look good fell good and be fit at any age.:-)

Is there an eating plan to go with the HCG. I tried the over the counter HCG and regular eating habits which are OK. Lost NO weight. It is suppose to suppress your appetite? Not mine. Have found nothing but will power that can supress my appetite.

She needs to be voted off. I think she is the one keeping the team disfunctional. I did think the switch of team members was funny this week. I am not as impressed with biggest loser contestents this year, They do not seem to have the same drive, desire or motivation.

I use both. Fitbit is good if you are interested in steps and miles. HRM is nice for HR and calories. I would not do without either and would hate to choose. Calories average out close. Guess I would go with fitbit. If you really want to go high tech. get a garmin

Exofficio has a moisture wicking underwear. You can look them up on line. I have been pleased with them. Hanes said they were coming out with a womens underwear that was moisture wicking.

I am a life time WW. Only pay if I am over my goal by 2 pounds. Had to pay this month. Fourteen 14 dollars is a little steep. I'll drop out before I pay that amount again.

Just started zumba and really like the change from boot camp. BUT, I do not burn the calories everyone else does. i only burn between 300 and 400 in an hour. About the same as boot camp or running.

Ok I guess if that is what you want BUT sitting on a nasty floor breast feeding is unhealthy for everyone.

I'd go smaller for another reason. They stretch as you shrink:-)

so glad it is a help. I know it is hard to lose when on steroids. Can you exercise?

because when I do not I gain. I walked the Avon marathon and a half and gained 3 pounds. Could not eat an extra 4-5 thousand calories.

I struggle with the same problem. When I take a week off boot camp I loose weight but gain it back when I exerxise. I do not dramatically change my diet. SO, yes I think you can eat too few calories.

I use the fit bit and am happy with it but I also use a polar 6 for calories. I will admit that at the end of the day the calories for both are close. Fit bit is not real good for weight training (calories)

We did a push up challenge for boot camp. Worked our way up to 100. I increased the numbers I did on my toes but had to finish the 100 on my knees. It really helped me with the "big boy push ups"

All the walking and running is good but I would suggest add som weight training.

Love my Polar 6 but also use a fitbit. Fit bit does not have a chest strap but it is pretty close to my polar which has the chest strap. Like the fit bit because it tracks miles and steps as well as calories. No cost to get reports from the computer. It also tracks sleep patterns. I wear the fit bit 24 hours a day and use…
