Now that my fitbit is synced with MFP should I enter my exercise calories in MFP?

Exercise calories
If I am allowed 1200 calories. Then burn 600 calories according to my polar 6, do I add in all 600 calories or subtract from the 600 what I would have burned if I had done nothing?

Calculating calories of homemade
I want to calculate the calories in a homemade food. I have the ingredients and amounts. Does anyone know of a web site that will help me.

Protein
When I use the recommended goals I have 1200 calories. 55% carbs, 15% protein and 30% fat. Protein seems low. Any thoughts.

As you become more fit and in better shape do you burn fewer calories for the same effort?

Whoo Hoo
Just got back from the doctor. He decreased my cholesterol lowering medicine. Stated with what I was doing I needed less. Also sliped into my GOAL dress today. Still need to loose a little to make it fit really good but it is the first time it has been over my hips in several years.

How do you stay under on sugar? two percent milk has 6 sugars which is 1/4 of my total. My morning cereal has 10 sugars and that is not sweetened. Guess I am more interested in fat and protein.

MFP/ weight watcher
I have been using MFP and also doing weight watcher points. I am over on weight watcher points but under on calories. Has anyone also seen thistrend and how did your weight loss do?

If my BMR is 1055, why does it say I need 1200 calories if I do nothing all day?

Every things say eat you net calories to loose weight. BUT when I eat my net calories, the area on the home page that tell what you would weigh in 5 weeks is always a higher weight than is I do not eat all my calories. Any thoughts?
