Just got back from the doctor. He decreased my cholesterol lowering medicine. Stated with what I was doing I needed less. Also sliped into my GOAL dress today. Still need to loose a little to make it fit really good but it is the first time it has been over my hips in several years.

The dress thing is great, but the cholesterol thing is really what it's about. Good for you!
