  • Hi everyone! Today is Day 4 for me. Not my best today but glad to push myself to finish it. As for the diet, I followed the menu I made but added a cup of choc drizzled popcorn fr Trader Joe's ( 240cal) and 1/2 biscotti as a treat. Yum!

  • It's also Day 3 for me. I used heavier weight for the chest fly to give the workout a bit of a kick. The beggining strength is the hardest for me so I use just a 2 pound weight.   • Day 2 completed! Felt really good and a lot stronger than yesterday. Probably bec. I've lowered the weights to 2 lbs. I have better form this time and was able to finish the sets. Great job everyone!!!!
