40DD to 36C here... I don't want to sound "mean", but your girls are going deflate. Work the pecs for sure, and moisturize the skin a lot. Also, invest in GOOD bras. Gravity will not be kind during this process and a bra with good support is a best friend. Besides, it will make your clothes look and fit better, and give…

I feel your pain. My boxer puppy is a really good girl, she's just...well...a boxer. Boxers never seem to "grow up", they are like perpetual toddlers. lol. One thing I have noticed about the breed, is that they thrive in pairs or in the pack. We also have an older basset hound and they would be lost without each other. I…

I went to Sandals Resort in Negril, Jamaica for my honeymoon. It was amazing...just don't leave the resort on your own.

Symbol of my faith with Theban script around it. Kinda self explanatory  I also have a dragonfly on my foot (totem), a bindrune on the back of my neck, and stars behind my ears.

We have an older lady that comes to use the machines, and bless her heart she is VIGILANT about disinfecting everything before and after she touches it. The problem is that she sprays the stuff all over the machines and it gets blown around by the fans, leaving everyone with a faceful of disinfectant spray. GAG. If I see…

YEP. 2 growing tweenie boys and one grown up boy in the house eat a ton of things that I won't touch. I do all the shopping so I do buy them their favorite foods, but I also keep one shelf in the pantry and one shelf in the fridge that are "my" foods. Having my own section of healthy choices makes it easy for me to avoid…

bump I am 5'8", 40 y/o, and can't seem to break the 160 mark, with my UGW being 140. Been this way since last July! I do 4 miles on the dreadmill 5 days a week plus weight machines, but just ordered the NROLFW book. Started by eating 1200/day and lost 30 pounds really fast then....nuthin'. Bumped it up to 1600/day last…

THIS. I was on a lot of different meds but Effexor was the worst. At first I thought it was the best thing ever made, but after a year, the side effects and withdrawl were HORRID. My doctor denied that it was addictive and I quit it "cold turkey". I gained a lot of weight with it too...I have one pic in my profile from…

On the Slacker satellite radio, there is a channel called "Dance Workout" and another called "BPM Workout". I really like these because they keep a steady tempo from song to song that I can easily run at 5+ mph. Other than that, I looooove disco...it just makes you happy! Give it a try!

The underside of boats and airplanes. Just looking at them twirls me into a panic!

Weslo Cadence. I've had 2....One I bought new for $300 in 1990-something (my ex pawned it) and I picked up another identical one for 10 bucks at an estate auction. I never knew how crappy it was until I went to the gym and used their LifeFitness Integrity machines. My dog runs on the old Weslo during bad weather...don't…

Check out this website that talks about cravings. I have found that it helps me a LOT to identify what my body is trying to tell me and what it wants and needs. I went through a phase where all I wanted was to drink ketchup with a straw! Gross, right? Hope this helps!…

Poo. I clean out houses and prepare the contents for estate auctions. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to clean out a hoarder's house full of garbage, mold and poo. UGH!

first suggestion: Make sure you have the correct shoes. Get fitted for your stride and frame...it makes all the difference! second suggestion: Power walk instead of running. I am not a runner, never have been, it's just not in me. However, I can walk at 5 mph and feel great. Try it!

Same boat, sistah....sigh. I have not lost anything since LAST FREAKING JULY! Before I started on MFP, I lost a good 40 pounds. Since MFP, I have lost another 30 (+/-). I am 5'8, started at 230 and am down to 160 and want to lose that last 10 to get rid of the back fat and baby pooch that haunts me. Now nuthin. I started…

My first thought was, "hormonal imbalance". If you feel that this is interfering with your daily life, please go see a doctor. Be completely honest with your doc about everything from your diet and exercise to your feelings and physical afflictions. It could be something simple that you can adjust through foods or meds or…
