i thought that a electrocardiogram was needed, i was looking to see if any else with a diagnosed heart arrhythmia had similar symptoms. im a medical student and have asked my professor before, and he told me that he wasn't sure. i do not 'seek attention'

no, i was hoping to understand if anyone else had experienced this before. I still feel strange, but i think it may just be me in panic. i feel this everyday, and am getting quite tired of it.

i feel fine, i just feel as if i might had a heart arrhythmia, which isn't life threatening, but it could also be a number of other factors, low blood sugar, dehydration, i'v had this happen before, i might go to the hospital later on today.

well, considering my waist is 26, and someone told me that if i went to the beach in a bikini i would 'be a knock-out' :blushing: i think i'm going to maintain at this weight, i have been at 110:indifferent: , 130:smokin: , and now, 150, and i think i look pretty good.

i feel alright at this weight,i really hate being this height, i wanted to be 130 lbs but i think that might be to little for me...

yeah, i run in the morning, then after my run i do the video, then later on in the day i walk. i'v been really tired lately, i think i might be doing too much, i also really don't have much time to get other things done, like study and clean up the house. :ohwell:

i guess i should try more carbs, i'm mainly just eating high protein diet

thanks, i really need to get a little more resting time between my workouts as well, i usually push myself not to take breaks off :ohwell:

:blushing: thank you for your answers, i feel like i look thin, i'v been working out for about 3 or 4 months, doing half an hour jillian michael videos, a mile and a half walk, uphill, and a 45 minute run in the morning, and i'v been eating 1300-1400 calories, is that good?
