my pulse is scary low!?
i just took my pulse, and it is 40 bpm, i feel weird, like i'm about to pass out or something my skin is tingling and cold. any advice as to what is happening? it also speeds up randomly, like its erratic.

so i just hit the 150 lb mark :happy: , (lost 17 lbs) i am 5'10 and my bmi is 21.7 ((my waist is 26 inches)) , is this okay to maintain at? i am so confused, i cant tell if i look fat or not anymore, my stomach seems to be flat. :indifferent:

am i losing too fast?
hey! i feel really tired all the time, i'm 5'10 and 155 lbs, i'v been losing on a little less than 1400, i do a half an hour jillian micheals dvd, run for 45 minutes outside, and than walk about a mile and a half (mostly uphill) im losing one pound every 2 to 3 days, and feel like crap :frown:

Hi, I'm 5'10, 155 lbs, a bmi of 22.3 and my waist is 26 inches, my thighs are about 22 inches, I was going to lose 20 lbs, and be a bmi of about 19, but i feel like i look fine at this weight, i don't know, am i too fat? or am i okay?
