caffeine withdrawl? or am i just lazy?

hi, does anyone else have something with caffeine with it before their workout? i wake up at 7:30 to do my run, but this morning i ran out of caffeine :frown: , so today, i am really sluggish and not doing so well with my workout plan. but also lately i keep having to up my caffeine amounts, because 1 cup just doesn't cut it anymore, am i becoming addicted to the caffeine? :huh:
