what cures my chocolate cravings...... its really expensive and you can probably buy it online, but I eat 100%dark chocolate, it doesn't taste great but after just one piece, I don't want chocolate. lol

too many carbs from fruit is bad for me except for when im in a really active day. basically if you don't use up your carbs in exercise, it will turn to fat.

i have cycled my calories for a few months now, I don't have a specific routien or anything, I just see that if I have had a high day, I will try and make the next day a low day but basically, I just make sure i eat a certian number of calories a week not a day. It works well for me x

eating 'brain food' not only helps your brain but it helps metabolism, diabeties, blood pressure and everything else. what i would do is I would tell myself 'you can eat all the junk food you want but ONLY after you have eaten a massive amount of beain food' then you feel full up and don't fancy too much junk food after.…

well done for not fallling off the wagon! thats a great achivement and because of it, your body is getting a lot more healthy. don't worry about the weight because its probably something little like water or did you know bowels can hold up to 8lbs? Keeping up the good work is all the matters and the weight will follow xxx

apart from the occasional walk or bike, I have never done exercies, I brought 30ds and its really really good work out for me I don't do it every day, I'm not fit enough but it has really helped my body so much

protien and fiber fills you up, I eat a lot of that to help my hunger x

def. increase protien and decrease carbs but its difficult to have a really little amount of carbs. a tip some people say that has worked for me is don't eat carbs for the afternoon.
