i dont count fruit sugars in that target, only like sweets and stuff fruit sugar to me is fine xx

i always always have more energy when i eat soya fruit and nuts then when i have cows milk and meat xx

eat a very large banana or apple first (that will fill your stomach) then eat a very small portion of chips for the taste, that way you trick your body into thinking you've eaten loads of chips but you have actually only eaten a few xx

what about pre-diabetics? what do they do with sugar? because 2 people in my family have diabeties and I was going the same way and I was getting many symptons of becoming diabetic.

Ive zigzagged for 6 months lol, I think its great I would recemond it. Just average a certian amount of calories per week and zigzag each day. people keep saying it takes a really long time to build muscle, do you know roughly how long/how much exercise it takes to gain a pound of muscle? lol ive recently been disserpointed finding out i had a higher percentage of body fat than i thought i had. ps you are inspritational xxx
