Did anyone else feel ill after day 1 of 30 day shred?

I finished day 1 level 1 about two hours ago, and i'm really not feeling too good...
I have to say i think it might be the crazy workout...
Just wondering if anyone else had the same experience?

    when i read up on it, it did say, start easy so you might need to slow the pace down a bit until you settle into it.

    i did, I felt shaky and a bit sick. Have something to eat and drink some water and you will feel better soon.

    I am now about to start Level Two and by the time I finished Level One I felt absolutely fine xx

    I felt shaky too! I thought my knees were going to give out on me and I had a real headache! Drink plenty of water and by day 5 it'll feel alot easier.

    yes i did i realised i needed to ease myself into it. i did it once then waited a week then once again then waited enother week then did it three times in a week and now i do it twice a week along with different exercise and i have reached level two. i have done more shreads than people i know who did it every day and gave up after two weeks and hasnt done it again. i think its better to ease yourself into exercise if you are not used to it. xxx
