Have you tried soaking them in baking powder or warm salt water? There is also special detergent called sport wash and sport suds that I have heard good things about!

If you use almond milk it might cut the calories a bit. I use almond breeze unsweetened vanilla and it is 40cals a cup! Would be pretty good in a hazelnut frapp :)

I like to have my version of dessert! Silhouette dessert yogurt or plain vanilla yogurt with added nuts and fruit! One of my fav combinations is vanilla yogurt with a spoonful of natural crunchy peanut butter, pecans, and a little bit of granola or oatmeal. Taste like a peanut butter oatmeal cookie :)

lol sort of like height requirements for rides at amusement parks? Doubtful that will ever fly, there is way too many factors you would have to take in to consideration other then weight to deem if exercise is safe or harmful. Would you ban people who are obese from gyms too in fear they might over exert themselves?…

On tuesday I packed my entire gym bag, then out of habit grabbed my purse as I ran out the door. Didn't realize I forgot my bag until I took my coat off in the locker room. Ughh and I walked to my gym in the snow! Fml lol
