Thanks, I might ask the pharmacy if they can get my old generic back, I know there isn't supposed to be a difference between them but that's all I can think of that's changed.

I've had a bottle of water or tea in my hand all day every day, it unfortunately does almost nothing to help the hunger pain, it only stops me from eating. I am sexually active but haven't relied on just the pill for protection ever, I always use a condom... and I just had my period.

Seriously guys it's getting worse, my stomach is in physical pain unless I have some type of food in my mouth, and I'm not giving in to it but it's so frustrating and scary. Over 60 people have seen this post and nobody has any advice?! Please help!!

I had noticed a slight weight increase before even beginning the pill (I was hovering around 125-128 wheras now it's usually 130-135) because I hadn't been as diligent with logging my meals and had just begun school so I was skipping the gym more. Back at it now though! I also probably gained a bit bc I thought the hunger…

Thanks for responding... I'm kinda tripping out about this, for breakfast today I had 1/3 cup oatmeal and shredded zucchini with chia seeds, a cup of sliced bananas, and egg whites which normally makes me super full and I still feel like I haven't even had breakfast yet. Hopefully more people can attest to the side effects…

I am currently really struggling with this as well, the problem with me is work, my coworkers are constantly bringing in bags of chocolate and candy and I end up snacking on them throughout the day not realizing how much it's adding up! I've always compared it to any other addiction in that I will try to enjoy sugar in…

Not long, at all. And my routine isn't all weights, there are also a lot of body weight resistance exercises/bosu ball/etc. that I am doing as well. I can't lift heavy at all, the most I can squat is 40 lbs, I've worked up from 20 so I know I have to have gotten a little stronger? I don't spend more than an hour in the…

She hasn't said any of those things though?? She isn't telling me to stay that low, we are increasing my calories gradually and ensuring proper form with (relatively) smaller weights before moving up/increasing calories because I am sort of recovering from a VLCD I was on long ago that I had no idea was bad, so my…

UPDATE: I spoke to my trainer who stated she knows 1500 is not enough to put on muscle. (I figured as much) She wants me to work on form and pushing myself before adding more calories to ensure I put muscle on properly!

More recently I began measuring again! It's helping!

The sarcasm in the statement was unessecary. I know 3lbs isn't really a big deal, all I said was I FELT bad. Additionally, the person had zero constructive feedback to offer unlike many other posters. When you have lost as much weight as I have it is difficult to get used to the idea that you actually have to gain again at…

I didn't mean to get it over with, I just mean going too slowly instead of keeping a steady pace!

I can proudly say I no longer eat restrictively (though when I did it was because I had no idea eating so little was bad for you!) and very rarely overindulge on junk. I do, as everybody does, but not as frequently. At the gym I do an hour of cardio MAX, usually only twice a week, sometimes three if I am hiking or doing…

My tdee is hard to gage because I lost so much weight (70 lbs) so it's going to be a lot less than that of a person who has been 133 lbs all her life, isn't that right? For somebody who was 133 to start with, the lowest it would be (not including gym time) is 1700. With gym time added 3 times a week its something like…

OOPS: was trying to reply to the above post! Hmm, makes sense! Still doesn't explain the boob growth though ;p I'm ok with having fallen off the wagon a little... somehow... I'll send my trainer a text in a minute and get some more answers from her. You've been very helpful, thanks!

I thought so too but a caliper wouldn't change based on water weight.
-
Rude and completely unhelpful.

I know I have. It's taken me a long time to get up to this many calories because I ****ed up my initial weight loss several years ago eating too little. I had no idea it was bad at the time, but once I did I slowly began reintroducing calories with no issues along the way. I told her this information, I've been UP to 1,500…

I guess, I don't want to be super ripped or anything, but I know the calories are far too low for that anyway. I just want more lean muscle, but building ANY muscle requires you to put on fat too, I know that... :\

This is starting to sound like a Tumblr debate...! Heh. On that note: I follow a lot of fitness blogs, but I also follow a lot of women who are feminists, or part of the fat acceptance movement... OR Just fat positive/body positive in general. I AM NOT STATING I AGREE WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION, but these are…

Very muscular.. :0

You are correct, and that is my fear, I don't know that I COULD eat 1,500 calories a day without gaining!! Right now my weight fluctuates even when I get up to 1,200 a day... so that's pretty scary.
-
I definitely lost a lot of weight quickly, does this mean I am doomed? I thought by eating small meals throughout the day my metabolism would stay regulated instead of slowing down... But is 50 pounds in a year (maybe even less) a sure sign I will gain it all back?
-
kw85296: I definitely could be wrong about the exact number, my anxiety just spikes it I think... :/
-
Medium-boned, my goal is currently 140, maybe 135 if I can get down lower after that.
-
Almost a year, and 57 pounds! Aiming for 60!

A new Maintenance bar to replace the discontinued chocolate mint one would be wonderful, maybe a cookies n' cream flavor? Or fruit? I'd also like to see another pasta dish, the mac n cheese is incredible, so some sort of marinara dish would be yummy too, maybe with seashell noodles. Cookies of some sort would be really…

I was extremely strict during the 5 and 1 phase, because maintaining ketosis requires it. After I started transitioning, I allowed myself to enjoy a treat every once and awhile. :)
-
I was told to finish up the pack before stopping because it would throw off my cycle even more. :(

The dark chocolate antioxidant shake, brownies, chocolate chip pancakes, oatmeal raisin crunch bars, cheese pizza bites, and vegetarian sloppy joe's have been my favorites!! I would avoid any of the oatmeal options, the mango soft serve, or any of the "juice" drinks. :)
