I have the same ones as well - I use the 5lb ones (blue) usually when I do hip hop abs or work out, and I have noticed that my legs have muscles that I havent seen in a while lol. But as for wearing them to bed, I don't know if that would make a difference :P

Even though it says you should measure the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button, i always measure the largest part...the muffin top. I want to know if im losing weight there!!

I know it sucks, especially if you are used to eating bigger portions. I find that logging food becomes more of a habit then an annoyance. It may seem hard at first, but its really not. Youll get used to it - but it will be hard at first. Stick with it! And this site is great for coming to find support.

No :( All of the entries have cheese, or yellow egg, I cant seem to find the exact one... I just added the one that said with cheese, and ill just take 30 or so calories off in my head I guess since I didn't have the cheese!
