I also am a pescatarian/flexitarian (meaning I allow chicken or turkey on occasion). My only dairy is occasional cheese and organic ice cream. I'm no expert either, but I am here if you'd like some support. Warning though: I do log in and log my food daily, but not always do I comment on diary's and such

I'm currently at 260, with eating 1800 on non lifting days, and around 2200-2300 on lifting days. (I just started out - again - so no pics yet). You ladies are doing wonderful! Congrats on those who've already had success!!!

They are worried I might have torn the labrum in my right hip, MRI came back clean but I'm still having issues so I have to go in and see them for more tests. (I tore the left one a few years back so they are just being doubly sure nothing serious is going on)

Waiting for clearance from the ortho on the 23rd and I'm starting this over! I got thru 9 1/2 weeks before sidelined and I MISS lifting and working out. I can't wait to get back in the gym!!!

I do level 5+ (cannot do level 8 due to old injuries) for 30 seconds and hop to the sides to catch my breath for 30, then hop back on, off etc. Week 9 sucks! I hurt!!! LOL

Followed your recipe -made sure it was low, no fat as directed, the whole wheat penne, so on and so forth, did the recipe builder on here with MFP and depending on if you make it 5 or 6 servings mine is 406-487 calories per serving. How are your calculations so low?
