Ooh ouch, surgery sucks (one of the pain meds I had still was from hip surgery) - but all the others were side effects of being over weight (like you said aches, pains etc) and I'm only 32. It was a sad life for a long time, so glad I'm not that person anymore. :) I hope surgery goes well for you and that you heal well!

Just finshed week 2 myself, and I'm only up to 15's (started at 10's), but that's because even before Live Fit I had been lifting weights, so you are RIGHT ON TRACK! Congrats on starting!!! :)

For ths reasone I'm taking weekl measurements. I "gained" almost 3 lbs from last weeks weigh in to today's. I'm sure it's mostly water weight (TOM is next week as well) - so while the scale went up, I did see a small change in my measurements going down. I've been addicted to the scale for so long that it's hard to break…

I am starting it today! My gym was closed a few days last week with the New Year and such, and i can't start something in the middle of the week - at least not a detailed program like this. So it looks like I'm a few days/week behind the group but I'm super excited!!! BRING ON THE PAIN!!!!!
