I would say for the first few weeks of quitting smoking, do what you need to do to get through it. If you need to eat more, eat more. My goal weight is 110 as well. It's a couple of pounds more than I was when I graduated high school, but I'm working on building muscle so I don't mind a few more pounds. Come to think of it I would still rather be 115 and muscular than 110 and soft.

Yesterday was good. I did my workout and my eating was good. I ate a few more calories for dinner than I would have liked but not a big deal. My husband cooked dinner and I enjoyed it. I did my strength-training workout this morning. My muscles feel like goo right now. 67 days until we leave.

Smoothie with 1 cup 2% milk, one banana, a handfull of berries of some sort, one packet of Splenda or Stevia, and a few ice cubes in a blender. It's yummy and somewhere around 275 to 300 calories. Yummy and filling.

The last 10 lbs is very hard to lose. I know anytime I bump up my exercise, I ALWAYS see a bump up on my scale for a week or two. It's happened to me enough that I understand it is my body holding on to water to heal my muscles. After about two weeks, the scale starts to go down again. Don't get discouraged. It will happen.

68 days until we leave. Yesterday was the best day I've had in a while. My eating was good. I got it two really good workouts. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. It made up for the two days of not working out at all. Things are starting to really firm up too. Bonus!
